Initiate Your Request
Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and branded box, ensuring all security tags remain intact and the item is securely padded.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
